How to Add MBUX Profiles

To Proceed: 1) Download the Mercedes me connect app onto your mobile device and 2) Ensure that the Mercedes-EQ vehicle is connected to the Mercedes me connect user account.

1. Turn on your Mercedes-EQ vehicle and keep your Mercedes-EQ vehicle stationary.
2. Locate the “Home” button to the left of the Mercedes-Benz logo on the steering wheel.
3. Press the “Home” button. This will display a list of options.
4. Press the “OK” button to select the icon that is a silhouette of a person.
5. Select “Change User” from the new list of options displayed.
6. Press “OK” to select the plus sign to Add User.
7. A QR code will appear on the center display.
8. Scan the QR code with your Mercedes me connect app.
9. Follow the directions in your Mercedes me connect app.
10. Your user profile is now added to the MBUX.
