How to Find Mercedes-EQ Charging Stations Using MBUX Navigation
*This information is applicable to all Mercedes-EQ models, excluding Mercedes EQB.
You will need to activate Mercedes me Charge within your Mercedes me Connect app on your mobile device.
1. Start on the homepage of your Mercedes-EQ center display.
2. Locate the MBUX Navigation icon. The icon is a vertical, red arrow.
3. Tap the MBUX Navigation icon to open the MBUX Navigation application.
4. Locate the Mercedes-EQ icon. This icon is a rectangle with the profile of a Mercedes-EQ against a blue backdrop. The icon is situated in the top left hand corner of your screen.
5. Tap the EQ icon.
6. The EQ icon will display the following options, from left to right: Previous Destinations, Charging Stations, Parking Spaces, and Restaurants.
7. Select the second option, “Charging Stations.”
8. A list of nearby charging stations will be displayed. If you want to filter the charging stations, follow these 2 steps:
1) Press the Filter icon that appears just to the left of the “In the Vicinity.”
2) Customize your list based on “Where?”, “Charging Speed,” and “Preferences.”
9. Tap on the charging station of your choice.
10. A menu will display following options, from left to right: Favorite, Let’s Go, and Wider Area.
11. Tap “Let’s Go!” MBUX Navigation will direct you to the charging station you selected.
