How to Activate Mercedes me Charge

You will need to 1) Download the Mercedes me connect app onto your mobile device and 2) Set up your Mercedes me connect account.

1. Open the Mercedes me connect app on your mobile device.
2. Locate the Activate Mercedes me Charge tile and tap “Activate.”
3. On the next screen, choose “Register charging contact”.
4. Read the “Data Transfer to Third-Party Provider” information. Click “Next” to continue.
5. Log into your Mercedes me ID with your email address or mobile phone number.
6. Enter your password or the temporary TNA code that was sent to your email or mobile phone.
7. Tap “Next” to start account registration.
8. Create your profile, including your zip code.
9. Agree to legal terms and press “next”.
10. If you received the RFID Card from your dealership, enter the information.
11. Add your preferred payment method.
12. Tap “Create Account”.
